Hi, I'm Olivia Cuadra, the building designer behind OPC Design & Drafting.

I've been working in residential design since 2001, helping homeowners and builders turn their ideas into practical, well-designed homes.

I enjoy the challenge of making a design work, whether that's getting the most out of a difficult block, designing a new home around a family's lifestyle, or finding clever ways to improve an existing space.

My experience covers custom new homes, duplexes, secondary dwellings, renovations and additions, with a strong understanding of residential construction and local planning requirements.

As a sole trader, I offer a personal, hands-on approach. From discussing your initial ideas to preparing your final plans, you'll be working directly with me.

I can also assist with the DA or CDC approval process and coordinate with local engineers, surveyors and other consultants, making the process easier to navigate.

I'm a full member of the Building Designers Association of Australia (BDAA) and work with homeowners, builders and developers throughout the Illawarra, South Coast and Southern Highlands.
